Cathy Kramer, PT, DPT, CMTPT, PHC

Cathy has been a physical therapist since 1999, when she received her Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from the Medical College of Georgia. She has practiced in a variety of settings and has extensive experience in neurology, having worked at the Shepherd Center in Atlanta for 2 decades. She has a curiosity and love of learning that drove her to expand her expertise in orthopedics and women’s health. She completed her clinical Doctorate in Physical Therapy with Pelvic Health Certification from Evidence in Motion in 2022. She is also certified in dry needling through Myopain.

Cathy has a holistic and compassionate approach to physical therapy. Her first degree was a BA in Counseling Psychology with a minor in Holistic Health in 1994 from Eckerd College. She has extensive training in fascial and visceral manipulation from the STECCO Fascial Manipulation & Barral Institute. She has expertise with and passion for working with patients with hypermobile syndromes and dysautonomia, including POTS and MCAS. Other areas of specialty within pelvic health include chronic pelvic pain, interstitial cystitis/painful bladder syndrome, and age-related changes affecting bowel and bladder functioning.

Cathy has lived in Roswell for many years with her husband, 3 children, and 2 dogs. Her hobbies include painting furniture, attending Pilates classes, and visiting the beach as often as possible.
